INTRODUCTION
This Return & Refund Policy explains how LittleFurry handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for all purchases. By placing an order with LittleFurry, you agree to the terms outlined below.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Items may be eligible for return if they meet all of the following conditions:
• Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
• All original accessories, tags, and documentation are included
• Return request is submitted within the established return window
• A valid proof of purchase is provided (order number, confirmation email, or receipt)
NON‑RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Digital products or downloads
• Gift cards
• Items marked as “final sale”
• Perishable or hygiene‑sensitive products (such as pet treats, grooming products, or opened consumables)
• Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care
RETURN WINDOW
• Standard items: 30 days from delivery
• Damaged or defective items: 7 days from delivery
• Seasonal or limited‑edition items: Return window will be specified during purchase
RETURN PROCESS
- Contact LittleFurry support with your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely to avoid damage during transit
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping service
- Once received, LittleFurry will inspect and process the return
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
• If a prepaid shipping label is provided, the cost may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to LittleFurry’s error
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable except when the return is a result of our mistake
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or defective:
• Notify LittleFurry within 7 days of receiving your order
• Provide clear photos and a description of the issue
• Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost
REFUND PROCESS
After the returned item is inspected and approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing typically takes 5–10 business days
• Refund amount excludes shipping fees unless otherwise stated
• If the item does not pass inspection (signs of use, damage, missing components), a partial refund or denial may occur
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If your refund has not arrived:
• Check your bank or card account
• Contact your payment provider
• If the issue persists, reach out to LittleFurry support for assistance
EXCHANGES
LittleFurry offers exchanges for the same item or an item of equal value, subject to availability.
• Exchanges follow the same process as returns
• Price differences caused by upgrades or changes in product value will be billed or refunded accordingly
CANCELLATIONS
• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours if they have not been processed or shipped
• Once an order is shipped, the standard return process applies
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
• LittleFurry is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
• If a package goes missing before delivery is confirmed, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
